Earlier today, the SEC sued Binance and its founder Changpeng Zhao, alleging Binance operated unregistered securities exchanges, broker-dealers, and clearing agencies, and unlawfully offered and sold unregistered crypto securities, including BNB, BUSD, crypto-lending products, and a staking-as-a-service program.
