Synopsis

Seward & Kissel represented ShelterZoom in connection with the launch of its DocuWalk service, a blockchain-based smart contract solution for general business use, with significant early adoption by real estate professionals.

Of note

Seward & Kissel assisted ShelterZoom with legal analysis of the underlying blockchain transaction structure, capital formation, corporate governance, employment, and general regulatory matters (including securities laws and money transmitter licensing analyses), and developed the terms of use and privacy policy for the website.
